The Leadership Task Group exists to assist associational churches and pastors in the areas of leadership development. Providing training in the areas of Sunday School, discipleship, music, stewardship, college ministry, youth ministry and children's ministry are a focus as well as providing seminary training and consultations.

Fellowship

The Fellowship Task Group exists to assist churches in building a stronger feeling of community throughout the Metro East Baptist Association and to unite our churches as one body instead of 60 individual churches. The Fellowship Task Group also focuses on building relationships to assist each other in achieveing individual church goals and in the sharing of knowledge and skills.
